An archival version in SD can found and downloaded here: What is provided here is all the cutscenes from the Ghost In The Shell Playstation 1 video game. The source is the “Making Of Game“ laserdisc released in Japan for the video, while the audio are direct digital copies from the ROMs of the game in full LPCM. This video contains both languages, English dub first, followed by the Japanese original. This is a laserdisc stack of 4 copies, 1 provided by imminenttax, 3 by me, and the actual Domesday capture was done by @tanks404 on Twitter who also did additional post-production. I ripped the ROMs and used direct digital audio from the cutscenes and did the final sync. Upscaled exclusively for YouTube using Real-CUGAN.
