Also, anti-spasomodics (i.e., dicycloverine) and anti-diarrheals (i.e., bismuth/Pepto-Bismol) only ameliorate symptoms and are never the right answer for therapy (as far as the USMLE goes). Tacrolimus is used clinically for IBD quite often, but do not worry about it for the test.
