Prepare a soft dough that does not stick to the hand by adding flour and baking powder. Cover the bowl and let it rest 30 minutes. While the dough is resting, melt the butter and add the oil in it. Divide the dough into 8 equal balls and roll it out as much as you can by sprinkling a little flour on it. Spread the butter mix with brush and fold it all over, take it aside. Roll it out again another ball and grease it all over and place the other folded dough into it. Apply oil to the folded areas and set aside, prepare the other balls in the same way, cover them with a freezer bag or stretch and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, then take them to the counter, open them with a rolling pin and add the cheese, fold them from the sides, prepare them in the same way and put them on the baking tray. Whisk 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk on them thoroughly and apply, score with a knife. Bake in a preheated 200 degrees .
