World leaders have called on Venezuela to release the full details of the election, after the country's opposition published voting tallies showing its candidate, Edmundo González, won by a wide margin. Last Sunday, the electoral council, which is government-controlled, announced President Maduro had won the election for a third term. President Maduro has previously accused foreign governments of interfering in the election, and has strongly denied electoral fraud.
