Observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) arrived in Gorlovka in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, Monday, to observe the beginning of mine clearance operations near the city, with a focus on the Gorlovka-Maori pressurized water system. The water system forms part of the Siversky Donetsk-Donbass channel, which is the only source of drinking water for the citizens of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.
