Observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) arrived in Gorlovka in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, Monday, to observe the beginning of mine clearance operations near the city, with a focus on the Gorlovka-Maori pressurized water system.
