Swadisthana Chakra (Left and Liver) Energy Center Raag Todi (Begun Gun Gaye) performed in the presence of Mataji Nirmala Devi by Dr. Arun Apte and Sahaja Yoga Music Academy Students - Ganapatipule, Maharashtra, India. 1998 (1998-1200) “Music has a way of carrying these Divine Vibrations, but music has to be Divine music which is erotic or something very base or related to something very ugly doesn't work out. But if it is a proper music of a proper type then it communicates. But that discretion only comes after realization. What you enjoy there is the vibrations. You feel the cool vibrations and you start enjoying cool vibrations soothe you down.“ (Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi) Experience your Self Realization - Kundalini Awakening, Atmasaakshaatkara, Brahmagyana (Sahaja Yoga) Spontaneous Union with the Divine Power of Love, Holy Ghost, Ruh, Param Chaitanya. Follow along with Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi giving Self Realization - Kundalini Awakening. Enjoy the full performance of Ragas for each chakra dedicated to Shri Mataji in Ganapatipule 1998. (Ragas for Chakras) Music and Sahaja Yoga “The Awakening of the Kundalini in Sahaja Yoga takes place with the touch of Musical Notes. The notes touch the Chakras and the Kundalini gets awakened. The Kundalini reaches the Sahasrara through the Sushumna (Central Path) and through the Chakras. The the Kundalini becomes one with God. Vibrations begin to flow, Yogis go into NIRANANDA (Joyful Meditation) and the seeker begins his journey on the path of evolution.“ (Dr. Arun Apte) “When a Sahaji listens to music, he hears it not through ears but through chakras. Chakras become the ears and Kundalini gets awakened“ (Dr. Arun Apte) Dr. Arun Apte (Divine Sahaja Yoga Ragas for Chakras) (playlist) Swadisthan Chakra Energy Center (Sahaja Yoga) (playlist) The second chakra is the chakra of creativity, pure attention and pure knowledge. It is the one which connects us to the inner source of inspiration, and enables us to experience the beauty around us. The pure knowledge given by this chakra is not mental, but it is direct perception of the Reality, that can be felt in our palms and indicates our subtle blockages. Also this is the center of pure, steady attention and power of concentration. On the physical level it looks after our liver, kidneys, and the lower abdomen. When we think too much, this center gets drained of energy and diseases like diabetes or blood cancer can occur when this chakra goes completely out of balance. “The right side looks after our intelligence, thinking etc. the left side looks after our emotional side. I will tell you about one Chakra, which is Swadisthana, which moves around the void. This is the one, which is responsible for producing or manufacturing the aortic plexus that's only in the physical side. When we think the energy we use in our thinking is used up. We are using our brain all the time. What is replacing it is this center. You know the brain is made of fat cells. This center converts the fat of the stomach for the use of the brain and that how those who think too much go into imbalances. Futuristic people are planning all the time. The poor center which has to do other jobs like looking after liver, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, intestines, so with a right-sided futuristic person the first problem can come is with the liver.“ (Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi -- Doctor's Conference, Meridian Hotel, Delhi, ) Sahaja Yoga Meditation is always free and open to all: (Sahaja Yoga World Foundation - Italy) (Sahaja Yoga Meditation - Australia) (Sahaja Yoga Meditation - India) (Sahaja Yoga Meditation - International) (Sahaja Yoga Meditation - Online)
