Originally patented in 1989, SPEEDPLAY pedals represented a clean slate approach to road cycling pedals and offered innovative features. Known as the lollipop pedals, SPEEDPLAY gained popularity with amateur and professional cyclists due to their dual-sided design and low stack height.
