This music cover of Marina and the Diamonds is my attempt to say «thank you» to the person whose music saved me many times in my life. When I had to sleep in motels and apartments with holes in the walls, while passing exams at the university. When I got kicked out of my house because I made my coming out as a gay. And 10 years later, when the war started, when I was absolutely devastated and cried in the subway, Marina came to the rescue again. This song is an attempt to say the words that I cant say loud at the street of Russia, cause I'm afraid, cause I’m not safe and I can't run away. So that song for me is attempt of trying to believe that one day everything will be fine.
