''His birth was an eventful occasion with labour lasting 26 hours, after which, his heart stopped beating. The doctor had left the ward, so the nurse on duty called for another doctor who managed to revive him. The nurse later said it was “a miracle“ that the baby had survived'' Hello again, guys and dolls, it's been almost three weeks since my last upload! Don't blame me, so many interesting things happened! The Stones are back on tour, Kiss is too, Ray Manzarek passed away (.), I'm now a voter (Yey!); As you can see, lots of stuff hahah The strecht above is about John Bonham's (Bonzo, The Beast, Moby Dick) birth, which happened about 65 years ago (I'm one day late), and this particular upload is for him! In Led Zeppelin terms, all (or at least almost all) of the L.A. Forum concerts were great, epic, if I may say; This one is no exception! The whole band is on fire! So why do I upload it as a Bonzo tribute, since everyone is doing great? Listen to this and you'll see why! His drums are the highlight of the show!!!!! Since the quality isn't the best his drum kit makes itself noticiable at every song, and you can hear it very clearly and loud, man, he's fucking loud! Immigrant Song, top 5 version; The second Percy hits the notes of the many ''Ah ah aahhh...'', you know it's a fine version! Once Bonzo hits in the song, you're head will explode! (Not in the literal way, I hope) and it's so listeneable that you'll get annoyed at one point! hahahaha Bonzo Jimmy = Perfect version of Heartbreaker; Bonzo's drumming change Since I've Been Loving You completely, it's a ''Hard-rock-blues'' piece (It usually became that once played live with John) In 'Black Dog' Percy changes some lyrics, probably due to the fact the Led Zepp IV album was yet to be released, so people didn't truly know the lyrics, and the song, since after it there was not much ovation, as it would happen, in '72, and it's still happening hahaha As I told you guys on my last upload, I've got unlimited uploading time now and this is just so awesome! I mean, Dazed and Confused here has 20 minutes, maily 'cause of Jimmy's bow solo; They didn't even jammed that much, leaving the jam and the blues to Whole Lotta Love (Affectionately called by me 'Whole Lotta Boogie-Woogie) with 31 minutes! Special thanks to youtube for returning the unlimited time to me ^^ Stairway to Heaven, as usual in '71, does not feature an extended solo by Jimmy, but it's one hell of a version; The main reason Percy's on fire at this show is because of the acoutic set; He's hitting all the high notes on Going to California and That's the Way! The encore tonight is special; It features a very nice redemption of Eddie Cochran's 'Weekend' plus one of the best versions of Communication Breakdown and my favourite version, so far, of Thank You, with a magnificent solo by Mr. Jimmy Page! Enjoy and happy birthday Bonzo!!! *This TerrenceBootlegs' (Subscribe!) favourite Led Zeppelin show, so this is for him too! :D *Sorry for the lame description, I'm really uninspired these days :/
