How to fold a perfect Octagonal Boomerang using pure origami, and how to make it boomerang. This origami boomerang also flies well as a flying disk / frisbee. Skill level: Rather Simple. For this tutorial I used a square of 6-inch kami but I recommend that you fold it from larger, heavier paper so that it will be more easy to get it to fly far. The folding method I show in this video is the easiest way to fold it, but the finished model will have lots of extra creases.
