See more of Angelarium: This is a timelapse of my painting process for one of the zodiac angels. I'm working in Photoshop, mostly with a simple round brush on 'normal' layers. The special effects you see are done using gradient maps in various exotic ways. This part of the painting represents a middle point where I'm working through various different options and solving minor problems prior to moving to detail. Original music by Shnabubula:
