Today I will show you how to make Spicy Vodka Dill Pickles using the Sous Vide method and the Anova Precision Cooker. This Sous Vide dill pickle recipe is guaranteed to result in the best crunchy dill pickles! Also, we will kick up the spice a bit by adding some Scorpion and Ghost Peppers (the world’s 2nd and 3rd hottest peppers). Ingredients • 3.5 Cups Water • 3.5 Cups White Vinegar • 7 TSP Kosher Salt • 10 TBSP Sugar • 12 – 14 medium size cucumbers • 2 Scorpion Peppers • 2 Ghost Peppers • 5-10 sprigs dill • 2.5 TSP minced garlic • 2.5 TSP Peppercorns • 5 TBSP Vodka Recipe Instructions 1.
