Chairman of the Vinnitsa OVA Borzov was fired due to a scandal with pocket TCC employees ️ Recently, a video circulated online in which Borzov, probably in a state of intoxication, had an argument with a group of young people at a gas station. ️ At the height of the conflict the official called the looters, who issued summonses to his opponents.
