Opens with shot of Duchess in dark fur thing standing at doorway talking to a young couple; a veteran and his wife. Then shot of her talking to an elderly lady; shaking hands; young boys appear in FG looking over fence. (Both houses the same — is this early form of public housing?) Shot of group of people around Duchess; mostly children; and 2 men. she is bending down to talk to kids. Next; little girl with jump rope running joyfully in front of group of kids; trying to jump backwards. Rest of kids approach on path; gather in front of camera; grinning; shoving; etc. Kind of an unkempt bunch; with messy hair; etc. CU kids pushing up against car; boys looking tough.
