Levántate (Rise Up! You have no fear!) Choreography by: Tika Morgan. This student showcase worked with all levels. Some dancers who had never performed before. Dancers began with “Cubaton“ incorporating movements of Cuba’s traditional “Makuta“ (A social dance of Congolese origin.) Followed by a more traditional Reggeaton song and culminating in a blend of Dance Hall and Reggaeton. This work celebrates Tika’s Reggaeton Fusion work to it’s fullest! It’s all about the power, the flirt, beauty and strength. (
