Evans HQ Percussion sent us some of the new “Black Chrome“ Drum Heads to test out prior to their release at Summer NAMM 2012. We took down the acrylic kit, and setup the Crush Sublime Bubinga kit and changed the heads from Evans G14 Coated to the new Evans Black Chrome.
