See below for tools and materials! In this video I'm showing you how to do this super quick and easy stitch on a frame loom that I like to call Quilt Stitch with wool roving. All you need is roving and some sort of shed stick to do it- this could be a thick dowel, a ruler, or an actual shed stick.
