The Super-Sized Pancheros Menu Challenge

For the third stop on our road trip, we were invited to the original Pancheros Mexican Grill location in Iowa City, Iowa to take on Pancheros ENTIRE Menu Challenge! I had one hour to finish a 2lb double chicken burrito, 4 tacos (one chicken, one steak, one carnitas, and one tofu), 1 carnitas quesadilla, one double steak burrito bowl, one double tofu salad bowl, and an order of their blue corn tortilla chips with queso.
