On January 16, 2016, at approximately 12:05 am, Tactical Unit officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white charger with three occupants on North Lane. The officers exited their vehicles and the charger began reversing in an attempt to flee from the officers. The TAC officers approached the vehicle and the driver ignored commands to stop the car and advanced forward nearly striking one of the officers.
