yeah 7-S isnt here but at least we know how to get it. before this, you will find 2 streetcleaners in a tunnel. retrace your steps with the streetcleaner following until you reach the main room in 7-3. once doing that, use the whiplash to have it go into the main room. retrace to nearly the beginning of the stage and have the streetcleaner clear the vines. have fun!
