Special message from Bjrn Ulvaeus to the ESC 2023 in Liverpool

What a nice gesture of Björn Ulvaeus when he had a special message for all contestants at the ESC last night. “When ABBA walked onto that stage, we couldn’t have even imagined 50 years later we’d have a museum about us and that we would perform as avatars in ABBA Voyage (…) Our international success all began with Eurovision and it’s so great to see recent acts are having great success too. Their journey started with Eurovision too.” … and isn’t it great that the ESC returns to Sweden exactly 50 years after ABBA winning in Brighton? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Was für eine nette Geste von Björn, als er gestern Abend eine besondere Botschaft für alle Teilnehmer beim ESC hatte. „Als ABBA auf diese Bühne ging, hätten wir uns 50 Jahre später nicht einmal vorstellen können, dass wir ein Museum über uns haben und dass wir als Avatare in ABBA Voyage auftreten würden (... ) Unser internationaler Erfolg begann alle mit der Eurovision und es ist so toll zu sehen, dass auch die jüngsten Acts großen Erfolg haben.
