Zelenskyy: Kursk incursion aims to end war on Ukraine's terms

During an event in Kyiv, Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the country’s major incursion into Russia's Kursk region was part of a systematic effort to end the 30-month-old war on Kyiv's terms.
