#gridsparta #hellsangels #lukemoloney Hells Angels bikie boss Luke Moloney 43, has been convicted after spending more than a year behind bars. he was placed on a 12-month good behavior bond and fined $1500 , when he appeared at the County Court in Melburn this week. Moloney, the former president of Melburn's Angel City chapter of the Hells Angels MC, faced sentencing for his involvement in an incident from 2022 for assaulting a former member. The attack, carried out in collaboration with Kane Montebello, president of the Hells Angels Darkside chapter, targeted a supporter of the Hells Angels who had been summoned to Moloney's Reservoir residence. The purpose was to expel him, and retrieve his club gear due to his association with a member of the rivals the Mongols. Upon victim's arrival, Montebello, wielded a wooden bat and menacingly pointed it at the direction of the victim. Moloney then took charge, closing the garage door and positioning himself in front of it. The duo then blocked the alternate exit, leading to Montebello slapping the victim and forcefully grabbing his nose ring. In response, the victim pushed Montebello away, stood up, and ran towards the back fence. A third man joined the altercation, grabbing the victim's right leg. Despite Montebello hitting him with the bat, the victim managed to kick out, freeing himself after he fell from the fence and swiftly escaped. Although Moloney did not physically assault the victim, the court determined that he brandished a hunting knife during the course of the violent incident.
