This training session is intended for NASA grant and cooperative agreement recipients and focuses on submitting Federal Financial Reports (SF-425s) to NASA in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Payment Management System (PMS). This training is a repeat session of a FFR submission training previously held on February 22, 2024. This training assists NASA grant and cooperative agreement recipients by providing an in-depth understanding of the HHS Payment Management System, describing the essentials of navigating and utilizing the system effectively, and preparing for the shift from a quarterly Federal Cash Transaction Report (FCTR) submission to a semiannual FFR submission. The shift from FCTR to FFR, coupled with the change in reporting cadence, represents a significant update in NASA’s financial reporting process.
