Ingredients: onion - 200 g (7 oz) oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup) chicken breast - 400 g (14 oz) salt - 10 g ( oz) black pepper - 3 g ( oz) pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz) Sauce: milk - 300 ml ( fl oz) butter - 30 g (1 oz) flour - 30 g (1 oz) salt - 5 g ( oz) nutmeg - 3 g ( oz) IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
