Don't Nod have made some of the best story driven games with their Life Is Strange series and I hope to archive those too one day, but for now we are looking at their latest title in the form of Jusant. Jusant immediately won the hearts of many with its charming reveal trailer where a child and a cute, cuddly companion are scaling a large mountain. The gameplay of Jusant consists mostly of climbing from point A to point B and the controls are surprisingly intuitive by using the triggers on the controller. It took some getting used to, but before I knew it I was rhythmically using the triggers to get me all across the mountain. In some ways it resembles The Shadow of the Colossus a bit where the climbing itself works as the puzzle. Because sometimes you have to use your blue little friend to activate certain mechanics in order to climb further or even use the wind currents to reach further places that you could normally not get to.
