Episode lore: After sudden appearance of Charmcaster on the campus, Gwen calls Ben and Rook to ask them for help. The two take their time, but eventually arrive to begin the investigation. Not so long after, they cross paths with professor Hehe, Ben's old enemy who has managed to magically convince all the students to believe he actually is a good teacher. Unable to force heroes to fight each other, he enchants them all to keep himself away from trouble. Having met with his niece, he realizes she only visited him to obtain his powerful artifact - the Staff of Ages. Unfortunately for both of them, the legendary staff remained stuck inside Hehe's rear end after a failed spell attempt. After an (un)pleasant extraction, Charmcaster finally managed to retrieve the artifact, only to be attacked by Gwen seconds later. With a little help from Ben, she manages to one up Charmcaster and using the Charm of Time sends her into the past to get rid of her annoying rival. Meanwhile, Rook and Kevin were working on upgrading Kev's car so that it can withstand everything Ben or anyone else might throw at it. Thanks to improvements implemented by using Rook's new weapon, the vehicle becomes pretty much indestructible.
