The White Lotus fans have reacted to the season two premiere of the hit HBO show, which includes a nude scene featuring Theo James. The show has switched up Maui for Sicily and introduces a host of new characters for season two, with James joining as Cameron Babcock. In the season's opening episode, Babcock follows Aubrey Plaza's Harper Spiller to her hotel room so he can borrow a pair of swim shorts from her husband.
