BOEING 747 CROSSWIND LANDINGS during a STORM at Amsterdam (4K)

I started into year 2023 with a stormy crosswind landing session at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and lots of Boeing 747`s. It was quite a chaotic day at Amsterdam with wind gusts up to 45 knots and I was able to film five Boeing 747` s that day. The pilots had to deal with crosswings from south/west and most of the Jumbo Jets shown in this video landed on the Polderbaan. I was quite happy to see the Kalitta B747 which was on its way back home to the USA after completing a charter flight to Amman in Jordania. The first Boeing 747 was filmed at the Buitenvelderbaan (Runway 27) at Amsterdam. It was also the first time I finally caught a Suparna Airlines B747-400 Freighter. This one always lands on the wrong runway when I am at Schiphol but today I just drove to the runway where it landed. It was also nice to get this unique “behind the runway“ view which is quite rare at Schiphol. The B747 was flying quite low above my head before touching down on the runway after an 11 hour flight from China.
