LOSSLESS DOWNLOAD (6GB): This upload is not an endorsement of Reddit as a platform, I made it because all of the other uploads are low-quality and none offer a lossless pixel-perfect download for content creators and others to use and zoom into. This video was made by gathering the full r/place canvas PNGs directly from Reddit's servers for every 30 seconds ending up with a total of 15323 frames, which when ran at 60fps results in a 1800x speed for the timelapse. The download is a 3000x2000 video encoded from the individual PNGs into the QTRLE codec, which preserves RGB video losslessly and is supported by most modern video editors. The YouTube upload's resolution was extended to 3240x2160 to make sure lower resultions re-encoded by YouTube look acceptable. The pixels are still 1:1 mapped with padding around them as opposed to scaled up to fullscreen like the official Reddit videos did (very ugly for pixel stuff!). The YouTube re-encode was uploaded as QTRLE, although what you see will probably be encoded into something like vp9 or av1 by YouTube themselves and there is nothing I can do about that, but it should still look quite decent. You DO NOT need to credit me if you use this, but I beg you to use nearest neighbor scaling when zooming into the footage because ugly bilinearly scaled pixel art is very ugly.
