Nicholas Meregali Highlights Nicholas de Barcellos Meregali is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Mario Reis and Jeferson Adan. Meregali is an IBJJF Black Belt World Champion. Starting jiu jitsu at the age of 16, he learned Jiu Jitsu in Brazil under Jeferson Adan. He later moved to train full time under Mario Reis. Meregali is associated with Alliance Jiu-Jitsu. He is most known for his Lasso Guard, De La Riva Guard, back takes, triangles, and chokes from the back. He is a powerfull competitor defeating many of the greatest of all time.
