Baguio city bubble opens to tourists from Ilocos region

Two of the country’s top destinations, Baguio city and Boracay are now open for tourists. Baguio city is accepting visitors, but only from the Ilocos region under a so called ’tourism bubble’ experiment. Visiting Baguio is also now complicated, and tourists may have to spend more than usual. Our senior correspondent David Santos takes a look at many changes the city’s tourists can now expect.
