BENCH & SQUAT. The 225 SUPERSET WORKOUT What is up guy? Back at it again with another great day of training!! Used to do this workout a few times with my good dude, Josh Bridges. So we decided to go after it again!! Make sure to scale it accordingly. It should be under a 20 min workout at max. You don’t want to always be doing singles. Big to moderate sets, rest and HIT IT AGAIN!! We FINALLY finished the barn door so be on the lookout for that vid coming at you. More to come in every way. CLANG N BANG!!!
