Barbara Segal performs three baroque dances at the Chalemie Easter School. This film was created for the CM MOOC - Module 7 Historical Dance. The collaboration was between the EDC, Chalemie, Barbara Segal and the CultureMoves Project (Co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility of the European Union). Details of Dances: Barbara performs dances, all notated in the early eighteenth century in the elaborate Beauchamps-Feuillet notation 1 - A Passacaille, choreographed in England by Anthony L’Abbé in 1711 for a solo lady, music by Jean-Baptiste Lully, from his opera Armide, composed in 1686. 2 - Entrée Espagnolle pour une femme, “dancée par Mlle.
