GTA IV: Bullet GT (FO2) nearly becomes god tier

Upon seeing the entire FO1 and FO2 fleet was converted to IV, I knew the first car to tweak and optimize. Began by editing the DDS sign file and doing the customary trim delete! I don't have to edit the mesh here; the vehicles use multiple liveries instead of textures mapped to a model that can be changed in-game. Thus any color changes have to be done by editing the invidual DDS sign file and updating the WTD with new PNGs. It's tedious initially but eventually I will have effectively created the same thing GTA IV has. Just have to get one DDS done for use as a template for the others. This isn't a finalized handling line but it's damn close. Only things I'd really need to change after the fixed collision model and different (paintable, slightly larger) wheels would be suspensionbias, suspensionraise, and centerofgravity (z). And yes I changed a boat into a car by editing its and line, and moving said lines into the car section. TROPIC 1910.0 85 0.0 0.0 5 1.0
