It’s hard to show the thing off and bang on the piano, so I played a track I love that’s riddled with sexy Rhodes piano, which is all that needs to exist to give the Leslie a reason for being. It’s “Angela“ by Bob James, of TV-theme fame (“Taxi“). Being able to polish the envelope with the three-band (and the little magic button) on Stormi’s amp is proving very useful, since different bands do such different things going through the process of reflections. I’ll have to put something before the amp, in whatever setup this evolves into. I noticed, after I closed up the organ when I was done shooting this, that the bookshelf at an angle with the cover missing give another set of dimensions to the perceived output. ...I foresee experimentation with a lot of cabinet designs.
