Samsa/Sambusa Ingredients * 500 gr flour * 200 grams of butter * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1 egg * 150 ml kefir/ayran * 20 ml of milk * 500g of beef/lamb meat * 2-3 large onions * Salt and pepper to taste * 2-3 tbsp. of sesame seeds Preparing the ingredients - Melt butter and sift flour. - Mix the flour, melted butter, half a teaspoon of salt, kefir and egg white and knead thoroughly. - Cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. - Chop meat and onion into small pieces, mix, add salt and pepper. Preparation - Shape the resulting dough into flat cakes with a diameter of 15 cm (about 10 pieces should turn out). - Add meat and onion stuffing and seal. - Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk (leeson) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. - In the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees - Enjoy!
