Weihnachtszeit ('Christmas Time') – 1:17:10 About Frohes Fest Frohes Fest (German for 'Merry Celebration') is a Christmas album by German music project Unheilig, originally released on October 28, 2002. On the album Unheilig interpreted several traditional German Christmas carols in their own style, combining influences from industrial metal, gothic rock and dark ambient. The 20th Anniversary Extended Edition includes the three additional tracks 'Vorweihnachtszeit', 'Knecht Ruprecht' and 'Weihnachtszeit' which where originally released on the Tannenbaum EP. The Tannenbaum EP was a bonus disc limited to 2,000 units, which has not been available since 2002. About Unheilig Unheilig was a German band that featured a variety of influences, including various electronic styles as well as Neue Deutsche Härte and gothic rock. The band was founded in 1999 and principally consisted of singer and producer 'Der Graf' along with various musical partners. He was accompanied for live shows with musicians Christoph 'Licky' Termühlen, Henning Verlage, and Martin 'Potti' Potthoff. The group's debut, Phosphor, came out in 2001.
