VS Military attaches from various countries watching the exercise and chatting to soldiers and officers. Among the attaches are Major General Nemtchenko of Russia. VS The attaches arriving on the scene by RAF helicopter. The group of high ranking officers are briefed about the exercise. Captain HRH Prince Michael of Kent is on hand to greet them.
