Debating fundamental justice at the BC Supreme Court

Discussing the constitutionality of the income tax act s 238, the failure of the Minister of Justice to respond with a charter complaint following the failure of self regulation of the BC Law Society and the Canadian Judicial Council and the effects upon myself and failure of the rule of law in Canada affecting all Canadians. The judge hearing the matter delayed making a decision and promises to provide a date for a decision on February 14th 2022. Failed to show up on Valentine's Day. Yes I was stood up. Rescheduled to Feb 28th and on that day she decided on the assize of April 28th for the date of her decision.
