Straight no Chaser - Cabs and Kings

In August 2012 I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, a Glioblastoma Multiforme which is, unfortunately, malignant. The idea for this album developed when time became very precious as a result of this illness. The desire to have a permanent record of these pieces became important to me. These are all compositions that I have written for the band over the last 2 years. Some of them were played once or twice in public, many of them were rehearsed and never performed. I could not have done any of this without the skill and support of the talented and generous musicians that have contributed to this recording. Below is a brief description of each piece.
