I started composing them over 7 years ago, to confront depression and sadness and pain, and it has been one of the best healings I ever found for myself, to express and free myself from these dark feelings and thoughts. Many songs that I make are fun experiments, or based on my fascination for history or fantasy etc. But songs like this one are by far the most personal. I’m quite a shy and a very introverted person, so in a way uploading a song that is this private is also a sign of thanks from me to my audience, which continuously makes me feel comfortable and cared about.
