All government leaders in Uganda should face treason cases, beginning from the president to the local council chiefs and all those who mismanage government project. These are the people who have committed high level treason to Uganda: the social areas of education, health, agriculture and environment is deliberately left to decay all by the selfishness of the people who have power and in power. The national character is deformed, the quality of the nation is sabotaged, Ugandans have lost their pride. It is high level treason to disorient the national budget for the purpose of just ensuring regime survival and power retention, instead of human survival and survival of the nation well into the future.
