Residents of liberated Lisichansk talk about Ukrainian militants

Lisichansk, liberated from the Ukrainian Army’s occupation, is returning to civilian life. Residents are finally coming out of their basements, where they have been hiding from the Ukrainian army for the past four months, and they talk about shelling and robbery by the Ukrainian armed forces. The city has already begun to be restored, with gas, water and electricity soon to be returned to residents’ homes.
