Veigar and his Ultimate

I was totaly the most fed player on the field, lvl 3 ultimate with maxed Mejai's, archangle stuff and Zhonyas ring. by Complex1ty my opponent was the weakest player, lvl15 twitch and at this time the ultimate still scaled with the mana of the opponent.
