Crows can imitate different sounds, including the barking of a dog. They are quite capable of imitating dog barking. Certainly parrots, especially large ones - Jaco, Amazons can do it. And by nature, the barking voice of the eagles, some owls (the hooting of the long-tailed owl is difficult to distinguish from the rude dog barking), the imperial eagle, and the coot - a small bird related to cranes, but similar to a small black duck.
