The Mittaphab Hospital in Laos, originally built by the Soviet Union in 1988, is set for a full upgrade funded by Russia. This renovation aims to expand medical capabilities for both personnel and patients. RT correspondent Rebecca Napitupulu explains why this clinic is so crucial.
