Salt and pepper chana Ingredients quantity Boiled chana 2cup Refined flour 2tbsp Corn starch 2 tbsp Oil for frying 2tbsp Garlic chopped 1tbsp Ginger chopped 1tbsp Green chilies chopped 4-5no. Celery chopped 1 ½ tsp Black pepper powder 1 ½ tsp to sprinkle Onion cube 1no. Capsicum cubes 1no. Yellow bell pepper ¼ cup Red bell pepper ¼ cup Salt to taste Black salt 1tsp Chaat masala 1tsp Spring onion chopped 2tbsp to sprinkle Soya sauce 1tbsp Vinegar 1tbsp Method 1. Soak boil the Kabuli chana. 2. In bowl add refined flour, corn starch and Kabuli chana, mix it well. 3. Strain the chana to remove access flour from it. 4.
