Ra Uru Hu [originally named Robert Allen Krakower] (1948-2011) was a Canadian physicist, developer of the Human Design System (HDS), musician, teacher, storyteller, poet and author. While working as a misanthropic schoolteacher living in a 300-year-old house (a ruin practically) on the island of Ibiza, Robert Allen Krakower (1948-2011) had an unusual mystical experience in January 1987. It was followed by an encounter with an unpleasant “voice,” an intelligence far superior to anything he had ever experienced. This encounter lasted for eight days and nights during which he did neither eat nor drink nor sleep.
