Hey, would you look at that: Another character from Persona 5 who most likely has a palace. I have to admit that I had a bit of trouble trying to think of something fitting for Kobayakawa since he doesn't really show any personality besides being corrupt and manipulative. Hifumi, for example, is very intellectual and traditional while Sugimura is a slimy bloke. Kobayakawa doesn't really have a pesonality. But that also meant I had free reign over what to do!
